Before graduating with a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Rick worked in sales for 3M in the Business Communications Division in London and Toronto. Shortly after, he worked in management for Eatons Catalogue Distribution Centre, in Toronto, then headed to Edmonton, working in various socio-economic research positions at the University for several years.

Since 1987 he has been a commercial realtor in London where he is now the broker owner of London Commercial Realty Inc. providing real estate and business solutions to clients in need.
